Delivery
3.1 Standard delivery lead times range between 5 to 10 working days from the date of final artwork approval and receipt of an official Purchase Order (PO).
3.2 Certain items, especially those requiring complex branding or sourced on demand, may have extended lead times of up to 25 working days.
3.3 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, supplier delays, or courier schedules.
3.4 Corporate Culture (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from late delivery.
3.5 Any delivery dates quoted are subject to confirmation and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Returns
4.1 Due to the nature of branded merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once branding has commenced.
4.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all artwork, branding details, and order specifications are accurate and approved in writing before production.
4.3 In the event of a proven manufacturing fault or error on our side, we will assess and offer a resolution.
4.4 No returns will be accepted for errors resulting from incorrect client-provided information, artwork, or PO specifications.
